Scratch and win stolen in Naples, tobacconist blocked in Fiumicino

The owner of the tobacconist’s shop in the Stella district of Naples who yesterday morning had snatched from the hands of an elderly customer the winning ticket of the scratch card, running away with the one riding a scooter. To interrupt his dreams of glory in the bud, however, were the men of the border police who blocked him one step away from the flight, after revealing the alert on his identity. The carabinieri thus reported him for theft. He did not have the winning coupon with him and therefore the investigations to find it continue.
