He harassed two pupils, aged 12 and 13. For this reason, the Carabinieri of Ferrara, at the end of the investigations launched last June, coordinated by the local prosecutor, arrested AB, a 37-year-old teacher at a city institute. The restrictive measure was adopted in execution of the precautionary measure of house arrest, issued by the investigating judge, after having evaluated the complaints of the parents of the two minors, and having heard the children in a protected hearing. The teacher, on several occasions, outside the school complex, would have approached the two students and harassed them. Upon learning of the teacher’s anomalous behavior towards their children, the parents turned to the Carabinieri, who immediately started investigations. Now, pending the trial, the teacher will have to remain at his home, subjected to house arrest, to which the Judicial Authority has also added the prohibition measure of the suspension of the exercise of the public office, for which the teacher will not be able in any case enter the classroom until the revocation of the provision.
