Reopening of indoor restaurants and weddings: these are the rules of the regions. Due to the overcrowding and the time spent by the occupants, the effectiveness of the systems must be verified in order to guarantee the adequacy of the external air flow according to the regulations in force. For air conditioning systems, it is mandatory, if technically possible, to totally exclude the air recirculation function. In any case, the measures for natural air exchange and / or through the system must be further strengthened, and the cleaning of the recirculating air filters must be guaranteed, with the system stopped, to maintain adequate filtration / removal levels. If technically possible, the filtering capacity of the recirculation must be increased, replacing the existing filters with higher class filters, guaranteeing the maintenance of the flow rates. In the toilets the air extractor must be kept in continuous operation. – The station dedicated to the cash desk can be equipped with physical barriers (eg screens); alternatively, the staff must wear a mask and have hand sanitizing gel available. In any case, favor electronic payment methods, possibly at the table. – Playful activities are allowed that involve the use of materials that cannot be guaranteed to be punctually and accurately disinfected (such as for example playing cards), as long as they are strictly observe the following indications: mandatory use of a mask; frequent sanitation of the hands and the playing surface; respect for the safety distance of at least 1 meter between players of the same table and at least 1 meter between adjacent tables (extendable to at least 2 meters based on the epidemiological risk scenario).
