Via dei Librai is back, in three days 57 events

Everything is ready for the sixth edition of the Via dei Librai which, after the April web experience, returns to the natural location of the Cassaro. 57 events on the calendar over the three days of the calendar that will open on September 3rd and end on Sunday 5th. Three novelties: two new locations and the debut of the cinema area curated by the Experimental Center of Cinematography in Palermo. The islands will always be three but so divided. The space in via del Giusino will remain next to the central library of the region. To this are added Villa Bonanno and the terraces of the Sun. The first widens the boundaries of the Via dei Librai towards an important area both from an environmental and naturalistic point of view (the largest palm grove in Europe) and tries to start the path of fruition to return it to the city. The other leads to a new dimension, the view from above of the historic center but not only, guaranteeing a space with limited and safe access, which is fundamental in this period in which anti-Covid measures are still necessary. On Via Vittorio Emanuele, as usual, there will be the stands of the publishing houses which in this edition will be 44. The theme of this year the community city has already been developed in the edition on the web following the themes and production of Adriano Olivetti, Pier Paolo Pasolini and Danilo Dolci, expressed in the specific characteristics of each of these intellectuals of the last century.
