Covid today Tuscany, 752 infections: August 27 bulletin

There are 752 coronavirus infections in Tuscany today, 27 August 2021, according to data from the region’s bulletin anticipated by governor Eugenio Giani. “The new cases registered in Tuscany are 752 out of 14,332 tests of which 8,615 molecular swabs and 5,717 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 5.25% (11.1% on the first diagnoses)”, writes Giani, adding that vaccines currently administered are 4,770,104. Giani also announces that “the suspension letters for the no vax health workers are starting, in Tuscany there are about 4,500. Those who do not intend to get vaccinated cannot take care of others”.
