Covid today Lombardy, 758 infections and 6 deaths: August 26 bulletin

There are 758 new coronavirus infections today 26 August 2021 in Lombardy, according to data from the latest bulletin of the Region. There are another 6 deaths. The new positives compared to 38,173 swabs performed (positivity rate of 1.9%). The new deaths bring the total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic to 33,898. The Region communicates this in a note. Intensive care patients are decreasing: they are 42, one less than yesterday; same decline for non-intensive care patients who are 339 (-1). The new cases by province: Milan 236 of which 81 in Milan city; Bergamo 41; Brescia 122; Como 42; Cremona 21; Lecco 28; Lauds 18; Mantua 26; Monza and Brianza 54; Pavia 43; Sondrio 15 and Varese 80.
