There are 518 new Coronavirus infections in Lombardy according to today’s bulletin, August 24, 2021. The table refers to another 7 deaths. 41,623 swabs were processed with a positive / swab ratio of 1.2%. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 33,887 people have died in the region. Compared to yesterday, the number of hospitalizations in intensive care has risen by two: there are 45, while the patients not hospitalized in intensive care are 329, 9 more. There are 142 new Covid positives recorded in the province of Milan in the last 24 hours, of which 56 in the city. This was announced by the Lombardy Region. As for the other provinces of Lombardy, there are 47 new cases in Bergamo, in Brescia 69, in Como 25, in Cremona 16, in Lecco 20, in Lodi 14, in Mantua 30, in the province of Monza and Brianza 57, in Pavia 38, in Sondrio 6 and in Varese 23.
