Covid today Sardinia, 179 infections and 2 deaths: 24 August bulletin

There are 179 new coronavirus infections in Sardinia according to today’s bulletin, 24 August. Also recorded two other deaths. 3,044 people tested. A total of 10,844 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic. There are 22 patients admitted to intensive care units (the same number as yesterday). The patients admitted to the medical area are 224 (+ 27 compared to yesterday). There are 7,543 cases of home isolation (131 less than yesterday). As for the two new deaths, it is a 69-year-old man residing in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari and an 84-year-old woman residing in the Province of Southern Sardinia.
