According to what Adnkronos learns from investigative sources, it is a question of 24 thousand euros in 500 bills, in poor condition, which flew into the air before the incredulous eyes of the workers when the mechanical shovel removed an old doghouse that it was on the ground. The money was found on a farm, where earthworks were underway to prepare the land for autumn. During the operations, a dog kennel no longer in use with a mechanical shovel was removed and the banknotes appeared. The sum was seized by the Carabinieri of Grosseto, called on the spot by the son of Montino. Now the technical investigations will begin to try to understand where they come from. According to investigators ” the banknotes could have been there for a month, six months or even a year, the fact that they were so badly preserved tells us nothing, considering that they were exposed to the elements ”. ” No enclosures were found – the investigator further explains – and in any case it was not possible to understand how they were arranged because they flew away when the kennel was removed from the mechanical shovel ”. At the moment all the hypotheses are under consideration: the most probable is that they are the proceeds of a crime, a theft, a robbery but also of a drug dealing activity.
