There are 311 new infections from Coronavirus in Sardinia according to today’s bulletin, 23 August 2021. The table refers to 3 other deaths: a 61-year-old from Cagliari and a peer from the south of the island, as well as an 81-year-old from Oristano. In the last 24 hours, 2,446 molecular and antigenic tests have been carried out. There are 22 patients admitted to intensive care units, one more than yesterday. 197 patients are hospitalized in the medical area, four more than yesterday. There are 7674 cases of home isolation, 43 more than yesterday.
