Palermo: Firefighters recover hiker taken ill in Rocca Busambra

The fire brigade rescued and recovered, last night, a hiker taken ill in Rocco Busambra, in Corleone (Palermo). The alarm was raised by two other hikers who were trekking together with the man. The recovery of the three was carried out with the help of the helicopter of the Fire Brigade Drago VF141, coming from the Flight Department of Catania. The hikers were disembarked at the heliport of the Municipality of Corleone and entrusted to the care of the 118 who provided transport to the Corleone Hospital.
