Covid today Fvg: 103 infections: 21 August bulletin data

There are 103 new coronavirus infections in Friuli Venezia Giulia according to data from today’s bulletin, 21 August 2021. One death has been recorded in the last 24 hours. Since yesterday, 3,576 molecular swabs have been processed from which 93 new infections have been detected (including 4 migrants / asylum seekers in the province of Trieste) with a positive percentage of 2.60%. There are also 3,698 rapid antigenic tests performed from which 10 cases (0.27%) were detected. Even today 9 people are hospitalized in intensive care while 30 are hospitalized in other departments. The deaths totaled 3,796, with the following territorial subdivision: 814 in Trieste, 2,015 in Udine, 674 in Pordenone and 293 in Gorizia. The totally recovered are 104,982, the clinically recovered 95 while the people in isolation amount to 899. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 109,811 people have tested positive (figure reduced by 2 units following 2 positive tests removed after the revision of the cases, one in the province of Pordenone, the other in that of Gorizia) with the following territorial subdivision: 21,753 in Trieste, 51,274 in Udine, 21,993 in Pordenone, 13,286 in Gorizia and 1,505 from outside the region. the positivity of a nurse in the Friuli Centrale university health authority was detected.
