Blitz Casapound at Palazzo Marino, Cassation has an encore appeal for Polacchi

The Supreme Court cancels the sentence on appeal to one year of imprisonment and orders a second trial for Francesco Polacchi, publisher of Altaforte and exponent of Casapound, in the trial for the events of Palazzo Marino in 2017. The news was given by Polacchi himself: “Yesterday – he says in a note – we received the communication of the decision of the Supreme Court to annul the sentence for the facts of Palazzo Marino dating back to 2017. I do not know the reason yet but the appeal process bis will be a further opportunity to to be able to prove the falsity of the accusations that have been addressed to me: the undersigned is not guilty of the accusation made by the prosecutor and I will again bring my position before the judges. “According to the reconstruction of the accusation, Polacchi on June 29, 2017 would have raided together to some CasaPound militants at Palazzo Marino to protest against the mayor Beppe Sala. Upon leaving the group, the group would have run into a local delegation of the Anpi and from here would have been born first a verbal confrontation, then the aggression against two people who would have intervened in defense of a third.
