The entrepreneur Renato Soru was indicted together with other people in the proceeding relating to the bankruptcy of the Unit. For Soru, who responds for his role as a partner played from 2008 to 2015 on the management of the newspaper, and other defendants are accused of bankruptcy due to distraction and dissipation.
