Covid today Puglia, 165 infections: bulletin 17 August

There are 165 new coronavirus infections in Puglia according to data from today’s bulletin, August 17, 2021. There are another 2 deaths in the last 24 hours. 13,287 swabs have been tried since yesterday. The new cases are distributed over the territory as follows: Province of Bari 19, Bat 33, Brindisi 13, Foggia 13, Lecce 59, Taranto 25, residents outside region 1, province in definition 2. In Puglia there are 4,201 currently positive people: of these , 137 are hospitalized in a non-critical area and 23 in intensive care. The total cases since the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic are 259,950, deaths 6,684.
