Capaci massacres and via D’Amelio, CSM green light to declassify new acts

Green light from the Superior Council of the Judiciary, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Capaci and Via d’Amelio massacres, for the declassification of new documents relating to the minutes of the hearings of the magistrates of the Palermo prosecutor’s office and of the Attorney General and the Advocate General arranged in the days between 28 and 31 July 1992 by the ‘Working group for the interventions of the CSM relating to the areas most affected by organized crime’. The plenum in fact approved by a majority a resolution of the presidential committee which orders the declassification and publication on the web portal of these acts.
