There are 109 coronavirus infections in Friuli Venezia Giulia today, 13 August, according to data from the region’s bulletin. There is one death. 93 new cases were identified on 4,963 molecular swabs with a positivity rate of 1.87%. There are also 989 rapid antigenic tests carried out, from which 16 cases (1.62%) were detected. Today, a ninety-year-old patient died in the hospital in Udine; 5 people are hospitalized in intensive care, while those under treatment in other departments drop to 24, as reported by the deputy governor with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi. The deaths totaled 3,792, with the following territorial subdivision: 813 in Trieste, 2,014 in Udine, 672 in Pordenone and 293 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 104,318, the clinically recovered 136, while the people in isolation are 878. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 109,153 people have been positive with the following territorial subdivision: 21,585 in Trieste, 51,055 in Udine, 21,819 in Pordenone (where the total positives were reduced by 1 following a case of false positive), 13,229 in Gorizia and 1,465 from outside the region.
