There are 301 new coronavirus infections today 12 August in Piedmont, according to data from the latest bulletin. There is a new death but it did not happen today. In detail, the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region reported 301 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 25 after antigen tests), equal to 1.9% of 15,557 swabs performed, of which 10,521 antigenic. Of the 301 new cases, 120 were asymptomatic (39.9%). The cases are divided as follows: 70 screenings, 151 case contacts, 80 with ongoing investigation; 10 RSA / Social-Welfare Structures The total of positive cases thus becomes 372.311 divided as follows on a provincial basis: 30.304 Alessandria, 17.646 Asti, 11.680 Biella, 53.672 Cuneo, 28.982 Novara, 198.724 Turin, 13.929 Vercelli, 13.265 Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, in addition to 1,533 residents outside the region, but in charge of the Piedmontese health structures. The remaining 2,576 are under development and territorial allocation. There are 5 hospitalized in intensive care (+ 1 compared to yesterday). Patients not in intensive care are 114 (+3 compared to yesterday). There are 3,166 people in home isolation. The diagnostic swabs processed so far are 6,109,007 (+15,557 compared to yesterday), of which 1,939,146 were negative. The deaths become 11,704. A total of 357,322 patients recovered.
