Covid Italy, in 7 days + 50% infections

New infections from Covid-19 in Italy continue to rise, registering an increase of 50.4% in one week. Ordinary hospitalizations also increased (+ 25.7%) and the employment of intensive care units (+ 15%). And deaths are also growing again (+ 16.3%). This is what the independent monitoring of the Gimbe Foundation revealed in the week from 22 to 28 June, compared to the previous one. In detail, compared to the previous week, the following changes were recorded: deaths: 392 (+ 16.3%), of which 43 referred to previous periods; intensive care: +31 (+ 15%); hospitalized with symptoms: +1.232 (+ 25.7%); home isolation: +172,257 (+ 29%); new cases: 384,093 (+ 50.4%); currently positive cases: +173,520 (+ 28.9%).
