The weather puts Italy to the test. Red dot heat wave, emergency level 3 as the Ministry of Health warns, for the next 48 hours, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, for Bologna, Campobasso, Florence and Pescara. Orange sticker tomorrow for Ancona, Catania, Frosinone, Messina, Palermo, Perugia, Reggio Calabria and Rieti. While Saturday will be orange Ancona, Messina, Perugia, Reggio Calabria and Rieti. The only city with a green badge, alert level 0, for the next 2 days, is Genoa. Adverse weather conditions also for Valle D’Aosta, Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and Friuli Venezia Giulia, but due to the arrival of rains and thunderstorms. A large depression area of Atlantic origin, explains the Civil Protection, approaching our Peninsula, will bring a flow of southwestern humid currents which, in the next few hours, will trigger a phase of bad weather on the northern regions, especially on the Alpine sectors. The phenomena may be accompanied by strong showers, frequent electrical activity, local hailstorms and strong gusts of wind. On the basis of the expected phenomena, a yellow alert was assessed for tomorrow, Friday 24 June, in Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lombardy and sectors of Piedmont and Trentino Alto Adige.
