There are 474 new infections from Coronavirus in Lazio according to today’s bulletin, Monday 9 August 2021. The table refers to another 3 deaths, including the data recovered from recent days. In Rome city there have been 280 new cases since yesterday. “I do not foresee a change of color for the Region” said the regional councilor for Health Alessio D’Amato, but I say “no to free all” even if “the slowdown of the Delta variant continues”. The hospitalized are 438, 40 more, the intensive care units employed are 62, 8 more since yesterday. Here are the cases in detail. In ASL Roma 1 there are 61 new cases in the last 24 hours, 126 in ASL Roma 2 and one death, 93 in ASL Roma 3, 27 in ASL Roma 4 and 54 both in ASL Roma 5 and in ASL Rome 6. In the provinces there are 59 new cases: in the Asl of Frosinone 16 and 2 deaths, 22 in the Asl of Latina and one in the Asl of Rieti there is 1 new case. Twenty in the ASL of Viterbo 20. In the vaccination campaign, Lazio reached 7.2 million doses administered. “70% of the population over 12 has completed the vaccination cycle – concludes D’Amato -. The goal for August is to reach 80% of the population with complete vaccination”.
