Rome, scooters invade sidewalks. Disconsolate residents: “it’s a delusion”

Scooters have now invaded the capital. Everywhere and in every place, on the sidewalks, next to cars or parked under the trees, leaning against the entrances of buildings or simply thrown on the ground. Without rules, without any law. Two people are racing in the wrong direction in the capital in the same vehicle, because they are good for the environment and do not pollute. Also in the San Sebastianello climb (as seen in the photo), next to the Spanish Steps, is a carpet of scooters. And a resident of the historic center, FG, discouraged, comments: “what a delirium … but not even a dog goes here. But does the mayor know?”.
