Bergamo, man stabbed in the street: arrested 19 years old

A 19-year-old, originally from and residing in Bergamo, was arrested during the night by the carabinieri of the Bergamo company for voluntary murder aggravated by having acted for abject or futile reasons. The story dates back to yesterday afternoon when around 13, in via Novelli, a 34-year-old of Tunisian origin, already burdened with precedents for drug dealing, injuries and mistreatment, was stabbed to death. The man was in the company of his partner, a 36-year-old Italian woman, and their two daughters aged 2 and 12, intent on eating a sandwich sitting on the sidewalk. From an initial reconstruction made after the scientific findings and the hearing of some witnesses, it emerged that the man had a first quarrel with the perpetrator of the murder, who, while returning home to take some personal effects, was was invited by the victim to be careful in moving, given the presence of children. Shortly after, when the young man came out of the door, the two recovered verbally and a degenerate quarrel ensued, with both ending up on the ground.During the struggle, the 19-year-old allegedly killed the man with various blows using a knife. that he had in his hand. The victim tried to get up, falling to the ground lifeless. Hearing the screams and seeing the rush of people, the carabinieri patrol on duty near the railway station intervened immediately, blocking the young man, recovering and confiscating the murder weapon. Taken to the barracks, after further investigations, the young man was declared under arrest, pending validation by the investigating judge.
