Lucca, helicopter missing with 7 people on board

A helicopter with 7 people on board, including the pilot and crew members, is missing. The aircraft departed from Capannori in the province of Lucca. The alarm was given by the prefecture of Modena in the afternoon, around 4 pm. Research is underway between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. The technicians of the Alpine Rescue and Speleology were brought together on the research area, with teams on foot and helicopter rescue technicians. For the research a 118 helicopter from Pavullo nel Frignano took off with mountain rescue personnel on board and an Air Force helicopter stationed in Cervia is also intervening in these minutes, which in turn embarked personnel of the Alpine Rescue expert in the area’s orography. Fire brigade teams and aircraft are also at work.
