Covid today Italy, 28,082 infections and 70 deaths: June 7 bulletin

There are 28,082 new Coronavirus infections in Italy today, 7 June 2022, according to Covid data and numbers – region by region – of the Civil Protection bulletin and the Ministry of Health. There are also another 70 deaths. In the last 24 hours, 233,553 swabs were processed, including molecular and antigenic, with a positivity rate of 12%. DATA FROM THE LAZIO REGIONS – There are 3,623 new coronavirus infections today, 7 June 2022 in Lazio, according to Covid-19 data in the latest bulletin of the Region. Since yesterday, 6 deaths have been recorded. In the last 24 hours, 5,317 molecular swabs and 23,442 antigenic swabs were processed with a positivity rate of 12.5%. There are 516 hospitalized, 4 more since yesterday, 32 intensive care units occupied, one less since yesterday, and 2,788 recovered. The cases in Rome city are at 2,163. EMILIA ROMAGNA – There are 1,274 new covid infections in Emilia Romagna according to today’s bulletin, 7 June. There are also another 5 deaths. Since the beginning of the epidemic, 1,495,765 positive cases have been recorded in the region, 15,140 swabs performed in the last 24 hours, of which 8,600 molecular and 6,540 rapid antigen tests. Overall, the percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made is 8.4%. Meanwhile, the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continues. At 2 pm a total of 10,540,647 doses were administered; of the total 3,792,639 people over 12 who have completed the vaccination cycle, 94.4%. The additional doses made are 2,814,446. The patients currently hospitalized in the intensive care units of Emilia-Romagna are 30 (stable compared to yesterday), the average age is 68.9 years. As for the patients hospitalized in the other Covid departments, there are 676 (-36 compared to yesterday, -5.1%), average age 76 years. In the area, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 1 in Piacenza (stable compared to yesterday), 1 in Parma (unchanged); 1 in Modena (+1); 13 in Bologna (unchanged); 1 in Imola (unchanged); 3 in Ferrara (-1); 7 in Ravenna (unchanged); 1 in Cesena (-1); 2 in Rimini (+1). No hospitalization in Reggio Emilia and Forlì (like yesterday). TUSCANY – There are 1,628 new covid infections in Tuscany according to today’s bulletin, 7 June. There is also another death. 12,269 tests carried out, of which 1,499 molecular swabs and 10,770 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 13.27% (64.8% on first diagnoses). 1,157,565 cases since the beginning of the Coronavirus health emergency. New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grew by 0.2% and reached 1,123,786 (97.1% of total cases). Today, 1,499 molecular swabs and 10,770 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 13.3% were positive. On the other hand, 2,512 subjects were tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding the control swabs), of which 64.8% were positive. The currently positive are 23,665 today, -2% compared to yesterday. The hospitalized are 239 (3 less than yesterday), of which 19 in intensive care (1 more). Today there is 1 new death: an 82-year-old man. ABRUZZO – There are 670 new covid infections in Abruzzo according to today’s bulletin, 7 June. There are also two other deaths. The total of cases since the beginning of the emergency – net of realignments – rises to 408,820. The death toll, on the other hand, rises to 3,340. This was communicated by the Regional Health Department specifying that the number of positive cases also includes 387,951 discharged / healed (+865 compared to yesterday). The currently positives in Abruzzo are 17,529 (-198 compared to yesterday). Of these, 172 patients (-6 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in the medical area; 3 (unchanged from yesterday) in intensive care, while the rest are in home isolation. In the last 24 hours, 2067 molecular swabs were performed (2339893 in total since the beginning of the emergency) and 4040 antigen tests (3762239) CALABRIA – According to the Covid-19 emergency bulletin released by the Health Protection Department of the Calabria Region, they are 802 new infections registered (out of 4,817 swabs carried out), +1,274 recovered and no deaths (for a total of 2,623 deaths). The bulletin also records -472 currently positive, -3 hospitalizations (for a total of 156) and, finally, +1 intensive care (for a total of 7).
