There are 7,631 coronavirus infections in Lombardy today, April 29, 2022, according to numbers and covid data from the region’s bulletin, compared to 59,522 swabs carried out, of which 12.8% was positive. In the last 24 hours, 26 people have died, for a total of 39,915 deaths in the region since the beginning of the pandemic. The number of hospitalized is decreasing: 34 are in intensive care, 1 less than yesterday; in ordinary Covid wards 1,233, 28 less than 24 hours ago. There are 2,215 new cases in the province of Milan, of which 910 in the capital city. The province of Brescia follows with 1,021 new positives. Three-digit increase in infections in the other areas of Lombardy: Varese +685, Monza and Brianza +660, Bergamo +608, Pavia +468, Como +450, Mantua +405, Lecco +300, Cremona +260, Sondrio +216 and Lauds +130.
