The councilor for safety of Voghera, Massimo Adriatici, self-suspended from his post and ended up under house arrest for the death of Youns El Boussetaoui, killed by a shot from the gun, was heard for about three hours by the investigating judge of Pavia Maria Cristina Lapi of Adriatici last Tuesday.
