Drugged and raped by two acquaintances in Colli Albani, arrested

Group sexual violence, injuries and, for one of the suspects, drug dealing: these are the charges against 2 young people arrested by the State Police for having drugged and raped an acquaintance of theirs. It was the same agents of the Appio police station who carried out the measure and accompanied the 2 to house arrest. The story took place last autumn: a young man, shortly after 5 in the morning, was rescued by the ambulance and the State Police in a bar in Colli Albani. Although very wealthy and with disjointed sentences, the boy said he had used drugs and was raped by some friends. Subsequent clinical investigations confirmed both sexual violence and drug use, with a prognosis of 25 days. During the subsequent investigations, conducted by the investigators of the Appio police station, it emerged that the victim, after having dined and taking drugs – in particular Gbh, an organic acid also known as “rape drug” – with two acquaintances, in the apartment of one of them, he was suddenly invited to leave; the same, after wandering a little along the street, came back with the intention of being taken back home. The 2 young people let him in but once inside, first with threats and then with violence, they both raped him and sent him back to the street bleeding, not before threatening him that, if he told someone what had happened, they would show the video to the boyfriend. According to the hypothesis of the same victim, the rapists, during dinner, would have made him take other drugs without his knowledge, again Gbh. The policemen, after a series of investigations, came to the identification of the 2 rapists, both Roman, aged 32 and 25, thus allowing the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Rome to proceed against them.
