The data of the regions: TUSCANY There are 243 new coronavirus infections in Tuscany according to the data of the bulletin today, July 18. There have been no deaths in the past 24 hours. New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grew by 0.01% and reached 237,022 (96.4% of total cases). Today, 5,879 molecular swabs and 4,311 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 2.4% were positive. On the other hand, 4,229 subjects tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 5.7% were positive. The currently positive are 2,056 today, + 11.4% compared to yesterday. The hospitalized are 82 (2 more than yesterday), of which 16 in intensive care (1 less). There are 68,008 total cases to date in Florence (81 more than yesterday), 22,771 in Prato (30 more), 23,133 in Pistoia (18 more), 13,386 in Massa (8 more), 24,883 in Lucca (35 more), 29,373 in Pisa (14 more), 17,600 in Livorno (6 more), 22,977 in Arezzo (15 more), 13,993 in Siena (20 more), 9,297 in Grosseto (16 more). There are 555 positive cases reported in Tuscany, but residing in other regions.EMILIA ROMAGNA There are 266 new coronavirus infections in Emilia Romagna according to data from today’s bulletin, July 18. There have been no deaths in the past 24 hours. Since yesterday 13,203 swabs have been processed, the positivity index is 2%. The situation of infections in the provinces sees Rimini with 63 new cases, followed by Reggio Emilia (49) and Bologna (39); then Modena (31), Parma (20), Cesena (11) and Ravenna (11). Then Ferrara (5), Forlì (5) and finally the Imolese district (4). As for the total number of people healed, they are 48 more than yesterday and reach 372,771. There are 2,706 active cases to date (+218 compared to yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home are a total of 2,552 (+223), 94.3% of the total number of active cases. In total, 13,268 deaths remain in the region since the beginning of the epidemic. There are 13 patients admitted to intensive care (-1 compared to yesterday), 141 those in the other Covid departments (-4). On the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 3 in Piacenza (number unchanged compared to yesterday), none in Parma (-1), 4 in Modena (unchanged), 4 in Bologna (unchanged), 1 in Ferrara ( unchanged), and 1 in Rimini (unchanged). Reggio Emilia, Imola, Ravenna, Forlì and Cesena were also not admitted to intensive care, while the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continued, extended to all citizens over 12 years of age. At 1 pm today a total of 4,522,192 doses have been administered; out of the total, 1,954,060 people have completed the vaccination cycle.
