Covid Fvg today, 26 infections: bulletin data July 16

There are 26 new coronavirus infections in Friuli Venezia Giulia according to data from today’s bulletin, July 16, 2021. There are no deaths in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 4,249 molecular swabs were processed from which 21 new infections were detected, with a positivity index of 0.49%. Furthermore, 1,802 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 5 cases (0.28%) were detected. One person is hospitalized in intensive care, while the patients in other departments are 6. The total deaths amount to 3,789, with the following territorial subdivision: 813 in Trieste, 2.012 in Udine, 671 in Pordenone and 293 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 103,186, the clinically recovered 6, while the people in isolation are 226. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 107,214 people have been positive with the following territorial division: 21,252 in Trieste, 50,397 in Udine, 21,100 a Pordenone, 13,073 in Gorizia and 1,392 from outside the region. There are no positive results among the staff of the regional health system or among the guests and operators of residential facilities for the elderly. The infection of a person returning from Spain was also reported.
