Saman Abbas, searches suspended after 67 days

The search for Saman Abbas, the 18-year-old Pakistani woman who disappeared after refusing an arranged marriage, has been suspended. There has been no news of the young woman since 30 April and the checks lasted 67 days in the Novellara farm area, where her parents lived and worked. The investigations are suspended, but the investigations of the carabinieri of the investigative nucleus of Reggio Emilia and of the company of Guastalla continue, coordinated by the Reggio Emilia prosecutor. Information is sought to find the girl’s body and capture the people, held responsible for the murder and concealment of the body.
