Italy champion of Europe, 15 injured in Piazza Duomo: three serious 20-year-olds

15 people were rescued by 118 personnel who intervened in Piazza Duomo in Milan during the celebrations for the victory of the Europeans: three very young people – all in their 20s – are serious. A 21-year-old was transported to the Niguarda hospital: he lost some fingers of one hand due to the explosion of a firecracker. Another 20-year-old was hospitalized in the same hospital for a penetrating wound to the abdomen, he could have injured himself with the hook of a barrier but the dynamics are still to be verified. A 21-year-old of foreign origin is instead hospitalized, in red code, at the Polyclinic after suffering a wound to the abdomen probably caused by the explosion of a paper bomb. The other 12 injured are of no particular concern.
