Armed with machete robbery shop in Rome: blocked by policemen with tasers

the alarm given by passers-by, the man was followed to Piazza Vittorio where he was stopped Armed with a machete, he robbed a shop in via Gioberti, not far from Termini station in Rome, and left with the loot. It happened just before 4pm. Some passersby, who noticed the scene, alerted the police officers who were busy at a nearby checkpoint. Numerous cars also arrived on the spot and the man was followed by policemen to Piazza Vittorio where an agent blocked him using the taser. The man, a 38-year-old Iraqi, was then taken to the police station.
