Emilia-Romagna is the Region that, in absolute value, spends the most on the item ‘rental of means of transport’: 904,302.67 euros in 2020. This is what emerges from the special ranking prepared for Adnkronos by the Gazzetta Foundation Administrative office of the Italian Republic, as part of the ‘Pitagora’ project, which examines the costs incurred in 2020 by Regions and provincial capitals (on the website www.adnkronos.com all the tables and figures of the report). This is followed, in order: Piedmont 655,672.33 euros; Friuli Venezia Giulia 365,718.48; Marche 322,866.64; Puglia 292,008.05; Lazio 244,178.63; Sardinia 199,896.73; Veneto 175,861.76; Liguria 145,375.79; Tuscany 143,291.81; Umbria 137,987.10; Aosta Valley 111.195.99. Below the 100,000 threshold we find: Abruzzo 55,939.81; Basilicata 27,256.64; Sicily 24,593.40; Calabria 18,794.28; Campania 16,972.43 and Trentino Alto Adige which with 10,021.15 is the Region that spends the least in absolute value for this item relating to transport. The data for Lombardy and Molise are not comparable.
