Zingaretti: “The port of Civitavecchia can contribute to the Italian rebirth”

“In these hours it is increasingly clear how much, once the health part of the pandemic has been overcome, we must face with the same ability and determination the new problems that the pandemic has left us as a legacy: work, development, growth and how much this can be. compromised, given the cost of energy, if not addressed. We must not be afraid of these problems: we were not afraid of Covid and we must not be afraid of the consequences of Covid either, but we must react and we can do it in Rome and Lazio because we have all the resources and capabilities to do it. For example, the port system, the port of Civitavecchia but not only, are great opportunities for the development of the territory “. Thus the president of the Lazio Region Nicola Zingaretti at the event ‘Ports of Rome, Capital of the Mediterranean. The future starts with the Blue Economy ‘, which is taking place in Rome. “Already today Civitavecchia is one of the most important cruise ports in the world. Therefore in a Region and Capital that will host events of extraordinary importance in the coming years, as well as being a world destination regardless, it tells us how much, if we combine the investments that are arriving, the enhancement of the system in these large infrastructures can really be a response to the issues of development, work and contribute to the Italian rebirth. So, alongside awareness of the problems, find a solution. In this conference there is a piece of the future ” .
