Covid today Emilia, 2,111 infections and 13 deaths: February 21 bulletin

There are 2,111 new infections from Coronavirus in Emilia Romagna according to today’s bulletin, February 21, 2022, with data from the Region. The table refers to another 13 deaths which brings the total number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic to 15,754. In the last 24 hours, 12,550 swabs were processed, of which 7,485 rapid antigen tests with a positive rate of 16.8%. 6,416 people have been healed since yesterday. The patients currently hospitalized in the intensive care units in Emilia-Romagna are 100, 5 more than yesterday. As for the patients hospitalized in the other Covid departments, they are 1,757, 39 more than yesterday. Among the provinces with the highest number of new cases Bologna with 441, followed by Modena with 264; then Reggio Emilia at 255, Rimini at 240, Ravenna at 219, Parma at 212 and Ferrara at 205.
