The first evidence will come immediately, but for the final report the times will be longer: the magistrate has granted 90 days. “The prosecutors did a punctual job, they challenged the correct aggravating circumstances – the premeditation and the minor age of the victim – the charge is set in a more than correct way, it is the right legal photograph of what happened”. A murder that leaves mum Giusi and dad Vincenzo alone, who had moved from Naples to the Bolognese hills to give their only daughter a secure future. “I can’t find a suitable adjective to describe the psychological devastation of two parents”, concludes the lawyer Annunziata. Meanwhile, the 16-year-old arrested for the murder answered the questions of the investigating judge of the Bologna Juvenile Court who reserved the decision to the end of the validation hearing which lasted a couple of hours. Assisted by the lawyer Tanja Fonzari, the minor substantially confirmed the confession and the dynamics of the crime: the appointment, the journey traveled together to the Abbey, the moment in which he stabbed the victim in the throat. “He did not say he beat her and it is a detail on which we will have to wait for the outcome of the autopsy”, a source tells Adnkronos. The prosecutor asked for the confirmation of the arrest – the charge is premeditated murder with the aggravating circumstance of the victim’s minor age – and the prison given the serious circumstantial framework and the danger of escape. The decision is expected in the next few hours.
