Scanzi vaccinated, prosecutor asks for archiving

Andrea Scanzi vaccinated ‘in advance’, the Public Prosecutor of Arezzo has asked for the filing of the affair of the administration which took place in the late afternoon of March 19 at the vaccination hub set up at the Business and Exhibition Center of the Tuscan city. The case raised controversy and criticism with the accusation that the Arezzo journalist skipped the line. After the checks inside the ASL, on March 22 the Prosecutor opened the investigations, now concluded: for the deputy prosecutor Marco Dioni at the time the administration took place, Scanzi did not fall into any vaccination category and therefore had no right to anticipate the dose . However, from a juridical-legal point of view, for the Public Prosecutor’s Office there is no crime in the conduct of Scanzi. Therefore, the filing request will be sent to the judge for preliminary investigations.
