Haiti, Giarrusso (M5S): “We don’t know when Vanni Calì will return to Catania but he’s fine”

“There is great satisfaction for the release of Vanni Calì ‘. I was immediately notified last night by Minister Di Maio when the news could be disclosed. I thank the minister and all the Italian intelligence who once again proved to be working well” . This was stated by M5S MEP from Catania, Dino Giarrusso, who, interviewed by AdnKronos, adds that “he had heard Andrea Calì, son of Vanni, my classmate just as Vanni was my father’s classmate”. “My whole family – observes Giarrusso – as well as, I think, all the people of Catania were very worried and awaiting the release of a fellow citizen who has made a name for himself on all continents with his work, raising the name of our city”. “We are not yet certain about when Vanni Calì will return to Catania – concludes Giarrusso – but we know that he is well and this is the most important thing.
