Savona, circumvention of incapable: arrest mother and daughter

The Financiers of the Provincial Command of Savona have executed the order of personal precautionary custody of house arrest against two women, mother and daughter, residing in the Albenganese hinterland, for the crime of circumvention of incapable people. The provision was issued by the Judge for preliminary investigations at the Court of Savona at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Savona on the basis of the elements collected by the Compagnia di Albenga. The measure relates to three episodes of circumvention in a short period of time, with a profit of over 1,300,000 euros.
