Murder Ciatti, the main suspect released

On June 17, Rassoul Bissoultanov, the Chechen investigated for the murder of 22-year-old Florentine Niccolò Ciatti, was released from prison, beaten to death for no reason on 11 August 2017 in a nightclub in Lloret de Mar in Spain. This was announced by the young man’s father, Luigi Ciatti, after receiving the information from his lawyers in Spain. In recent days, the father had expressed fears about the imminent release from prison, which then happened. The Chechen has returned to freedom due to the expiry of the terms of pre-trial detention, set at four years. Bissoultanov was subjected to the obligation to sign weekly at the Court of Girona, where the trial will begin on November 26. The Chechen, an expert in martial arts, in particular in the type of fight called Mma, on the night between 11 and 12 August 2017, on the dance floor of the St. Trop nightclub, together with two compatriots, suddenly targeted Niccolò Ciatti, who was spending the last evening of his holiday on the Costa Brava with his friends. Thus began the deadly beating. Bissoultanov, a little older than Niccolò, launched a violent kick in the head of the boy from Scandicci, who never got up again. He died in the hospital a few hours later.
