Usury, Dia confiscation of assets for 7 million from Messina entrepreneur

The Anti-Mafia Investigative Directorate carried out a decree of confiscation of assets issued by the Peloritana Court of Appeal in the province of Messina. This is a huge patrimony worth about 7 million euros, attributable to an entrepreneur in the Nebroid area of ​​the province operating in the sector of slaughtering and marketing of leather, considered – on the basis of the results that emerged from the investigations conducted by the DIA and coordinated by Dda di Messina -, a socially dangerous subject following legal proceedings for fraud for the achievement of public funds, financial abuses and usury, the latter crime for which he was convicted with a sentence that became irrevocable in 2009.
