Covid Basilicata, 104 infections and no deaths: 9 May bulletin

There are 104 new coronavirus infections in Basilicata, according to the bulletin table of today 9 May. There were no deaths. The new cases of positive Sars Cov-2 (102 are residents) emerged on a total of 1,469 molecular swabs. This was announced by the regional task force with the usual bulletin. 148 Lucanians recovered or negated. Updating the overall data, currently positive Lucanians are 5,774 (-46), of which 5,628 in home isolation. 18,102 people residing in Basilicata recovered from the beginning of the health emergency and 527 died. The number of hospitalized in Lucanian hospitals is decreasing, they are 146 (-10): at San Carlo di Potenza 31 in the infectious disease ward, 31 in pulmonology, 10 in emergency medicine, 11 in Covid internal medicine, 6 in therapy intensive; at the Madonna delle Grazie hospital in Matera 32 in the infectious disease ward, 15 in pneumology, 5 in Covid internal medicine and 5 in intensive care. There is an increase in the number of beds occupied in intensive care, 11 (+4). Since the start of the health emergency, 335.08 molecular swabs have been analyzed, of which 307,416 were negative, and 193,651 people were tested.
