From 1:10 pm, the firefighters have been operating in via Sorio near the Allegri airport in Padua due to the fall of a single-engine light aircraft, which ended up off the runway near the service area of a former petrol station. The plane a Beechcraft Bonanza 35 immediately after the impact with a tree caught fire: the pilot died, as ascertained by the Suem staff. The firefighters arrived with two fire engines, two tankers and 12 operators assisted by the officer on duty and by the commander Cristiano Cusin, extinguished the fire of the plane whose column of smoke was visible from afar.
