Calabria yellow zone with new rules and less restrictive measures from Monday 10 May. The President of the Region, Nino Spirlì, for the purpose of containing the spread of Covid 19, has in fact signed the ordinance that provides for the measures of the yellow zone, in implementation of the latest provision of the Minister of Health, signed yesterday. “Until the end of the school year 2020-2021 – it is written in the provision -, the didactic activity of schools of all levels is carried out in application of article 3 of the decree-law of 22 April 2021 n.52 ‘urgent provisions for school and didactic activities of schools of all levels and for higher education ‘(which includes face to face teaching up to the third grade of secondary schools) “, while” second grade secondary schools state and equal degrees and schools of education and vocational training continue to limit face-to-face teaching to no more than 70% of the respective student population “. For high schools themselves, within the scope of their autonomy, it is recommended to adopt an organization that provides: “the presence in each respective classroom of no more than 70% of students compared to the expected capacity; to guarantee and make the integrated online teaching, in synchronous mode for the remaining part of students not present in the classroom; to favor integrated digital teaching for all students whose families explicitly request it with specifically defined methods, with a view to better management of the resumption of face-to-face teaching “. Movements” are allowed from 5 to 22, to locations in the white or yellow zone, without the need for self-certification and to all territories, it is also allowed, once a day, to move to another home residential area in the white or yellow zone, between 5 and 22, for a maximum of four people, in addition to those already cohabiting in the destination home. People who move can still bring with them children under 14 (or other children under 14 over whom the same people exercise parental authority) and disabled or non self-sufficient people living with them; the return to one’s residence, domicile or home is always permitted; journeys without time limits, towards the whole national territory, are allowed if they occur for proven work needs, situations of necessity or health reasons, duly self-certified “. The new ordinance also provides that,” from 5 to 22, table consumption is allowed only outdoors in bars, restaurants and other catering activities. Until 31 May 2021 inclusive, the consumption of food and drinks inside the premises is not allowed. Catering with home delivery remains permitted without time limits in compliance with health and hygiene regulations for both packaging and transport activities, as well as catering with take-away until 10 pm, with a ban on consumption on site or nearby ” . “On holidays and pre-holidays – it is specified – the shops inside the shopping centers and markets remain closed, with the exception of pharmacies, parapharmacies, sale of health facilities, laundries and dry cleaners, food outlets, agricultural and horticultural products, tobacconists, newsagents and bookstores “.” The basic individual, team and contact sports activity and any other physical activity – it is written again – can be carried out exclusively outdoors, in public and private parks , picnic areas, or in the open spaces of sports centers or clubs “.” Shows open to the public are permitted – it is written in the ordinance co in theatrical halls, concert halls, cinemas, live-clubs (while dancing is not permitted) and in other clubs or spaces, even outdoors. The shows in the presence of the public take place exclusively with pre-assigned seats and ensuring respect for the interpersonal distance of at least one meter both for non-cohabiting spectators and for the staff. The capacity allowed cannot exceed 50% of the maximum authorized and the maximum number of spectators cannot in any case exceed 1,000 for outdoor shows and 500 for indoor shows, for each single room “. From Monday to on Friday “the opening to the public of museums and other cultural institutes and places is ensured (referred to in article 101 of the Code of cultural heritage and landscape), with contingent access methods in compliance with anti-Covid measures. On Saturdays and public holidays, the service can be ensured provided that the entrance has been booked online or by telephone at least one day in advance, always with contingent use in compliance with anti-Covid measures. Exhibitions are also open to the public under the same conditions. “” The new provision provides, finally, that “the provisions envisaged in contingent and urgent ordinances no. 33/2021 (in the Municipality of Delianuova), no. 32/2021 ( in the Municipality of Belvedere di Spinello), no. 30/2021 (in the Municipalities of Montalto Uffugo and Mileto-Frazione di Paravati) “which lay down the measures of the” red zone “. The ordinances relating to the Municipalities of Careri (n. 31/2021) and Rocca Imperiale (29/2021) cease to be effective, for which the “yellow zone” measures established for the whole regional territory are applied.
