Carola Rackete, the investigation closed: “Duty to rescue”

“Carola Rackete has acted in the fulfillment of the rescue duty foreseen by the national and international law of the sea”. These are the reasons with which the investigating judge of Agrigento filed the investigation against the captain of the ship Sea Watch accused of aiding and abetting illegal immigration.
