There are 851 new coronavirus infections in Sicily, according to the table of today’s bulletin, May 8. Also recorded 19 other deaths. The new cases emerged on 25,434 swabs processed in the Region, where the current positives are 22,630 (700 less than yesterday). The data is contained in the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health, which shows that the victims in a single day were 19 (5,546 since the beginning of the health emergency) and 1,532 healed. Of the current positives, 995 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, while 140 patients are in intensive care.
