This is what we read in an interception reported in the order validating the arrest for Raul Esteban Calderon – alleged perpetrator of the murder of Fabrizio Piscitelli, alias ‘Diabolik’, killed on 7 August 2019 in the park of the Aqueducts in Rome with a blow of pistol – in which the investigating judge of Rome underlines how from the words of Enrico Bennato “the context of fights between groups is clearly evident, and the attribution of the Piscitelli murder to his own group”. “In the conversation of April 20, the attribution to Raul Calderon of the Piscitelli murder as material perpetrator is explicit. Speaking again of the murders already committed and of the one scheduled for the following month of June, Enrico Bennato expressly states that ‘Francisco’ (nickname of Calderon, ed.) Thanks to the videos made by the judicial police, in September 2019 it was highlighted that two tattoos appeared on Calderon’s right leg “, we read in the order validating the arrest of the investigating judge.” Based on what was found during the service it is necessary to highlight that from the images of the video that documented the phases of the murder of Piscitelli it emerged that his killer was wearing a green bandana, which covered his hair and a showy white band right on the right calf suitable to hide the presence of any distinctive signs such as the tattoos ”writes the investigating judge. “Even the green bandana covering the entire front part of the head was suitable for concealing the hairline in the front part of the head, particularly balding and therefore in theory easily recognizable by possible observers of the action” reads the ordinance .
