Covid today Lombardy, 3,278 infections and 10 deaths: December 12 bulletin

There are 3,278 coronavirus infections registered in Lombardy today, 12 December, according to Covid data from the Region’s bulletin. In the last 24 hours, 10 deaths have been reported, bringing the total to 34,576 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic. 109,131 swabs were carried out, with a positive rate down to 3%. On the hospitalization front, the number of patients in ordinary wards is decreasing, where there are 1,108 patients (-24), but the number of Covid patients admitted to intensive care is increasing (+3, 143). As far as the provinces are concerned, there are 1,132 positives reported in Milan, 160 in Bergamo, 380 in Brescia, 228 in Como, 75 in Cremona, 96 in Lecco, 77 in Lodi, 153 in Mantua, 316 in Monza and Brianza, 131 in Pavia, 48 in Sondrio and 340 in Varese.
