There are 887 new infections from Coronavirus in Sicily according to today’s bulletin, Saturday 11 December 2021, with data from the Region. The table refers to another 8 deaths, but only 2 are from yesterday and the others from previous days. 7,276 people have died on the island since the beginning of the pandemic. In the last 24 hours, 682 people have recovered. Of the current positives, 356 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, while 44 patients are in intensive care. This is the breakdown of the new cases on a provincial basis: 162 in Palermo, 259 in Catania, 29 in Messina, 51 in Ragusa, 78 in Trapani, 84 in Syracuse, 98 in Caltanissetta, 100 in Agrigento and 26 in Enna.
